They arrived quickly. I have short hair, so I couldn't curl all three, but I was able to curl the top one and it looks really nice, creating volume at the roots. There's regular foam in the middle. The fasteners are good.

I liked them, they seem soft on the hair, their filling material. I also thought they would come with some iron, but it's clear that they are firm sponges, which is a relief. The size I think would depend on the use; for me, I need more than the 4 that come with it since I have quite a bit of hair, but from that point on, I had no issues sleeping with them. What I do recommend additionally is having a sleep cap.
